Our School Development Priorities for the academic year 24-25 are built upon our school vision and values.
The strategic vision for our school has been planned through analysis of the successes of the previous academic year and a forensic approach to the next steps required, in order than we maintain our unwavering commitment of enabling everyone in our community to shine.

Whole School Key Priorities for 2024-2025
- Increase outcomes in writing through evaluation of transference of SPaG skills into composition and ensuring handwriting is correctly orientated and formed in all books.
- Sustain robust SEN monitoring processes to ensure gaps are addressed through reasonable adjustments, evidence based interventions and best endeavours.
- Develop adaptive practice to ensure a fully inclusive opportunities reducing gaps in progress.
- Ensure maths mastery is implemented across the school through consistent use stem sentences and use of manipulatives to aid fluency and reasoning.
- Foundation subject leadership prioritises rigorous and sustainable assessment, development of tiers of vocabulary and clear opportunities for development of oracy skills through explicit planning and teaching, in each subject.
- Increasing access to and participation in sporting activities across the school.

A focussed programme of CPD addressing the revised SIAMS framework has been implemented, to embed our distinctive Christian vision, enable us to continue to live our vision and use our theologically rooted biblical reference as a keystone of decision making and everything we do for our school, church and wider community.
